Kitchen Tour

These photos will show you the working class world.

This long shot is looking up towards the front while standing by the grill. On your left are grill, broiler, fryer, ice machine, dining room sink and counter.
	This next long shot is in reverse direction. The grill is directly next to us, salad bar, slicer, steam table, and kitchen sink. (Directly across from the slicer is the downstairs storage closet.) Next to the sink is the refrigerator. In the rear is the stove. The prep kitchen starts at the sink.
This big monster is our grill. Next to the grill our char-broiler.

Welcome to the prep kitchen. It may be small, but everything has its place! This table to our left is our baking table. Here stands the mixer, and underneath are our rolling bins for flour, shortening, etc. The door goes to the back hall. The back door to the walk-in freezer unit & parking lot is directly opposite that door.

	This rear shot shows the cooling racks, our stove, double oven and the proof box. There is another prep table to our right and an up-right freezer (not showing in the photo).
This is the back hall. Note the hallway to the right that leads into the restaurant. It is handicapped accessed. The door to your left is to the prep kitchen. After hours both doors are locked and tenants on the 2nd and (possible) 3rd floor have freedom of movement throughout building, with the restaurant secure. The basement stairs are to the right of the picture, and the grand staircase starts at your immediate right. Behind us is the back entrance.	Photo not available
	This is the back patio. The employees use the picnic table to take their breaks in good weather. The walk-in freezer is to your left, with the air conditioner unit left of that. Also seen is the door into the back hall, and the window at the foot of the grand staircase.

        Back yard
     This is a quick shot of the terraced and landscaped back yard and parking lot. It has a graveled driveway running from the right, and continuing up the hill. Additional parking is located at the top of the hill. The property line runs beyond that.
     The large cylinder tank is for propane, used for cooking.

This last shot was taken from the driveway up the hill shown in last picture. It shows the back of the building, all 3 floors, and the 2nd floor porch. It also showes the driveway and parking lot.
